EDGA delivers coach education in Oslo, Norway
Mark Taylor, EDGA’s Head of Development recently spent two days in Oslo delivering coach education to volunteer and PGA coaches working with players with a disability.
‘It is always good to return to Norway who have such a strong pathway from sampler to competitor player, this visit again concentrated on the introduction of more new players with disability to the game, we were also able to introduce some impairment specific coaching, which will assist the coaches as they support players at club level.’

The PGA of Norway has already introduced elements of the EDGA coach education programmes into their coaching framework with more accredited educational programmes from EDGA’s resources being added in 2022.
